Jacqueline Fernandez is in Cannes

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez is currently in France to attend the 78th Cannes Film Festival. The actress is notably one of the honorees at the Women in Cinema Initiative as part of the Red Sea Film Foundation at Cannes 2025.

However, the actress took to her Instagram and expressed her gratitude and excitement for the upcoming event and honour. She shared a series of photos from her Day 1 at Cannes.

She accompanied her photos with the caption, “Cannes Day 1 with @redseafilm Delighted to be an honouree at the women in cinema initiative that champions female storytellers. #redseaiff #womenincinema #redseafilmfoundation.”

She posed with the panel at the event and also shared a behind-the-scenes photo from the make-up room.

The actress went on to document her Cannes trip on her Instagram and shared more photos with the attendees. She changed into another all-outfit designed by Anamika Khanna. The actress revealed that the panel of Women in Cinema Initiative discussed their challenges, joy and dreams.

However, this is not the first time that Jacqueline has been at Cannes. The actress has previously attended the Cannes Film Festival in 2015 and graced the festival at the invitation of the Queen of Malaysia.

Besides Jacqueline, several Indian celebrities are scheduled to make their appearance at the global event.
