Udaipur is once again the centre of global glamour, and this time the spotlight is firmly on Jennifer Lopez. The Hollywood superstar touched down in the city on Thursday to attend the lavish wedding of Netra Mantena, daughter of Orlando-based billionaire Padmaja and Rama Raju Mantena, and Vamsi Gadiraju. The celebrations, already buzzing with international performers and Bollywood royalty, received an extra dose of star power with Jennifer Lopez’s arrival.
A paparazzi video circulating online captured Jennifer Lopez stepping out of the airport in a long brown fur coat, black heels and sunglasses, looking every bit the international icon she is. She was seen waving at photographers and blowing a flying kiss before heading quickly to her car. The moment, however, turned unexpectedly comic as some paparazzi mistook her identity and shouted, “Welcome to India, Rihanna ma’am.” Jennifer Lopez did not stop to correct them and continued her walk towards the waiting vehicle.
The celebrations for Netra Mantena and Vamsi Gadiraju began with a glittering sangeet on November 21 at The Leela Palace. The guest list includes some of the biggest names from both Bollywood and the global music scene. Justin Bieber is reportedly set to perform, adding to the international appeal. Closer home, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon and Jacqueline Fernandez have already set the stage on fire with their performances.

Dutch DJ Tiësto was also spotted at the event, ensuring guests danced through the night to his signature beats. Videos from the sangeet have taken over social media, with filmmaker Karan Johar hosting portions of the evening and Ranveer Singh leading impromptu dance sessions. One clip shows him grooving to Aankh Marey, while another captures him dancing to What Jhumka? alongside Donald Trump Jr’s partner.
With celebrities arriving by the hour and festivities gaining momentum, Udaipur is gearing up for the grand wedding on November 23.
