Allu Arjun, Venkatesh console Rajendra Prasad at his residence after his daughter’s demise

Numerous actors close to Rajendra, such as Allu Arjun and Venkatesh Daggubati, visited his residence to offer their condolences following the loss of his daughter.

Veteran actor Rajendra Prasad’s daughter Gayathri died in the early hours of Saturday due to a heart attack. She was 38. The bereaved actor is receiving support from celebrities in the film industry, who took to social media to share their messages of condolence.

Numerous actors close to Rajendra, such as Allu Arjun and Venkatesh Daggubati, visited his residence to offer their condolences following the loss of his daughter. Her last rites are scheduled to be held in Hyderabad later today.

Jr NTR expressed his sorrow on X (formerly Twitter) in Telugu, stating that he shares a close relationship with Rajendra Prasad and that he is deeply pained to learn of his daughter's passing. He wrote, “It’s sad to hear that Rajendra Prasad, whom I share a close bond with, has lost his daughter Gayathri. I pray her soul rests in peace. My condolences to him and his family.”

Actor and Deputy CM of Andhra Pradesh, Pawan Kalyan, released a note to the press that stated, “My deepest sympathies to Shri Rajendra Prasad. The sudden death of Shri Rajendra Prasad’s daughter, Srimati Gayathri, has been shocking. I pray that her soul rest in peace. My deepest condolences to him and his family. I wish God gives Shri Rajendra Prasad the courage to bear this loss.”

Actor Navdeep also shared his condolences on social media, posting, "Deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved daughter Gayatri, #RajendraPrasad Garu. My heartfelt condolences to you and your family during this unimaginably difficult time. May her soul rest in peace."

Gayathri is survived by her daughter, Sai Tejaswini, who had acted as a child artist. She experienced chest pain and was quickly rushed to AIG hospital in Hyderabad late last night. Sadly, despite the doctors' best efforts, she passed away during treatment. Rajendra Prasad, who was on set filming at the time, hurried to the hospital but arrived too late to see her.

Rajendra Prasad had previously revealed that he did not speak to Gayathri for some time after her love marriage. However, they eventually reconciled, and their relationship became a poignant topic he discussed during a press event.
