The shoot, which was styled by Anna Wintour for American Vogue, marks Ali Fazal's third collaboration with the fashion icon.

On Instagram, Ali Fazal expressed his gratitude, sharing the story behind the photo. He revealed that he was filming in LA when he received a call for the "secret project," which turned out to be a part of Luhrmann's Hitchcockian Whodunnit Casino scene. Ali Fazal playfully described his role as "secretly dressed up royalty" in the shoot, capturing the essence of the scene with his vibrant outfit.

The actor also posted on his Instagram with a long caption "Ok let me put it to rest - yes that is me all secretly dressed up royalty crashing Baz Luhrmann’s Hitchcockian Whodunnit Casino scene. Hehe. And for the rest of this beautiful ensemble piece- WHAT CAN I SAY Anything for Baz @bazluhrmann . I was filming a project in LA when i got the call . And i have truly been blessed that this was the 3rd time Anna Wintour who i can never thank enough , has had me out and about for my American Vogue outing. So, we jump on a plane and we play ."

He added "It was one shot, and the best part about Baz comin in was he shot the whole thing like scenes so , there’s my dreams of workin with him coming true. Well, not fully - what? Almost.. what??? . Thank you @voguemagazine and team for being ever so kind . And Blake @blakelively you’re a rockstar , i do hope our paths cross again in good time..,Mr Jackman - Aye aye. @thehughjackman,I wana thank @michael_philouze for putting up with my suggestions on styling., Am dressed in a @sabyasachiofficial royal sherwani bandh gala."

The photoshoot featured Blake Lively and Hugh Jackman embodying characters inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s classic film To Catch A Thief.

Lively and Jackman were styled to resemble Cary Grant and Grace Kelly, adding a touch of old Hollywood glamour to the project. Lively appeared as "The Cat," while Jackman portrayed "L'Ombre," both dressed in black to complement the casino setting.

In addition to his recent social media buzz, Fazal has made notable appearances in Hollywood films like Furious 7, Victoria & Abdul, Death on the Nile, and Kandahar.

His upcoming projects include Metro In Dino, Lahore 1947, and Thug Life. As for his co-stars, Blake Lively is gearing up for the release of It Ends With Us, and Hugh Jackman is currently working on Three Bags Full: A Sheep Detective.
