Bollywood actress Amrita Singh has made a significant real estate acquisition in Mumbai, purchasing a residential apartment in Juhu for Rs. 18 crore, as per property registration documents from February 2025 reviewed by Square Yards.
The property, located in the Peninsula building within the Nutan Laxmi Cooperative Housing Society, is a ready-to-move-in unit with a built-up area of 252.04 sq. m. (~2,712.9 sq. ft.) and comes with three dedicated car parking spaces. The deal involved a stamp duty payment of Rs. 90 lakh and a registration charge of Rs. 30,000.
Juhu, known for being one of Mumbai’s most prestigious and sought-after neighborhoods, offers a blend of scenic beauty, upscale restaurants, and proximity to key business hubs such as Andheri and Bandra.
Many Bollywood celebrities, including Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan, and Shakti Kapoor, also own properties in Juhu, according to Square Yards' analysis of IGR property registration records. The area also boasts excellent connectivity, with easy access to the Western Express Highway, the international airport, and the Mumbai Metro network.
