The Chef shared several pictures from the event in his restaurant featuring Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao, Prabal Rana Gurang, Jyoti Deshpande from Jio studios and the crew members of Laapataa Ladies. He penned a heartfelt note along with the pictures that read, "Jab dil se Dua atti hai, “Jeet lo duniya”. This is exactly what I felt yesterday when we were hosting Oscar Campaigning event of Lost Ladies (Laapataa Ladies) at Bungalow."

Praising Kiran Rao for her film, he said, "Kiran you are a true artist to create such an iconic film."

Vikas Khanna praised Aamir Khan for his thoughtful interaction with young chef Mysha, highlighting the actor’s warmth. He also commended Jyoti Deshpande, a representative from Jio Studios, for her enthusiasm and support, acknowledging her contributions to the event. "Aamir Sir, you are the KINDEST. The way you engaged & loved & respected Mysha was everything to me. (See pic 2 & 6) Jyoti your genuineness & everygy to support South Asian Arts is inspiring. Your journey defines an Indian value system of “always there for you like a family," he continued.

Aamir Khan also paid his respects to Vikas' late sister Radhika Khanna who unfortunately passed away in 2022 due to an autoimmune disease.
