Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar continues to dominate the box office during its second weekend. After a fantastic first week, Aditya Dhar's film has taken off and is currently making history at the Hindi box office with the biggest second Friday ever.
According to a trade website, Dhurandhar earned Rs 32 crore net in India on December 12, taking its total collection to Rs 239.25 crore net in India. The film witnessed 45.81% occupancy in the Hindi language on Friday, with 19.64% of morning shows, 37.37% of afternoon shows, 53.08% of evening shows, and 73.16% footfall in the night shows.
Dhurandhar opened in the theatres on December 5 with a great reception from the audience. The film also performed well at the box office and collected Rs 28 crore net in India, becoming the third biggest opener of the year.
The action spy thriller continued its momentum and collected Rs 32 crore on the second day and Rs 43 crore net in India on its third day of release. However, the film saw a decline in its first Monday and collected Rs 23.25 crore net in India.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar features Ranveer Singh in the central role of Hamza Ali, an undercover operative planted inside the Pakistani mafia by IB chief Ajay Sanyal (R Madhavan). The film marks the first collaboration between Ranveer and Aditya.
The film features an ensemble cast including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and Rakesh Bedi.
The film is about an underworld saga following a network of criminals, informants and operatives whose lives intersect, navigating covert operations, espionage and betrayals.
