The State Level Police Recruitment Board (SLPRB), Assam, has announced the postponement of the Assam Police Constable written examination, originally scheduled for March 23, 2025. Consequently, the release of the admit cards, which was expected to take place on March 17, 2025, has also been delayed. The board cited "administrative reasons" for the rescheduling.
According to an official notification on the SLPRB website, the written examination will now be conducted on April 6, 2025, and the admit cards will be available for download from April 1, 2025, at 11 AM. Candidates can access their admit cards by entering their application numbers, names, and dates of birth on the official website, slprbassam.in.
The SLPRB emphasized that candidates must carry a printed copy of their admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID, such as an Aadhar card, PAN card, driving license, or Voter ID, to gain entry to the examination center. Additionally, the board has clarified that no requests for changes in exam centers will be entertained. Candidates must appear for the test at the center mentioned on their admit cards.
