 -The Company is global No 2 in Large Diameter Pipe Business
 
 -MSK Projects India Ltd has appointed Shri. Nirmal Gangwal as
 Additional Director of the Company.
 
 2009
 
 -The Company has been accorded 'Mega Project Status' from Andhra
 Pradesh Government under Industrial Promotion Policy.
 
 -The Company  has recommended a final dividend of Rs 1.50 per
 Ordinary Share of Rs 10/- each 
 
 -The Company acquires Vikram Ispat, the sponge iron business of
 Grasim Industries.
