Raj Irrigation Pipes and Fittings Ltd.

The company was incorporated on 9.4.1984 in the state of Maharashtra
 under the name M/s Raj Pipes Pvt. Ltd. as a private limited company. 
 It became a deemed public company by virtue of section 43 A of the
 Companies Act 1956 on 4.12.1989.
 
 Susequently on 20.1.1992 the company's status was changed to a Public
 Limited company.  The name of the company was changed to Raj
 Irrigation Pipes  And Fittings Limited on 18.2.1992 and a fresh
 certificate of incorporation of change in name has been issued. 
 
 The company since its incorporation is engaged in the manufacture of
 Rigid PVC Pipes used for irrigation and water supply purposes.  The
 company's products  are well accepted in the market.
 
 PROMOTERS.
 
 The company was originally promoted during 1984 by Mr. Balkisan B.
 Maniyar and Mr.Damodar Lal Ladha.
