Triumph Speed T4 gets new Baja Orange colour option, priced at Rs 2.05 lakh

Triumph Motorcycles today introduced a new colour option -- Baja Orange -- for the Speed T4. The new colour variant sits at the top of the Speed T4 line-up at Rs 2.05 lakh (ex-showroom).

The two-wheeler manufacturer has used the Baja Orange paint scheme earlier in bigger motorcycles like the Street Triple 765 R and the Scrambler 1200 XE.

The Speed T4 in Baja Orange sports a brushed steel-finished exhaust, 3D Speed T4 badge, new frame colour and tyre stripe pattern, giving the motorcycle a distinct look.

At the heart of the Speed T4 is a 398.15 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve, DOHC, single-cylinder engine, which generates 31 PS of maximum power and 36 Nm of peak torque. The motor is clubbed with a 6-speed gearbox.

The technical specifications of the motorcycle are bolstered by a slipper clutch for easy downshifting, dual-channel ABS and 43 mm telescopic forks.

Triumph's 400 cc portfolio in India includes the Speed T4, Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X and Scrambler 400 XC.

"Triumph Motorcycles 400 series is experiencing significant momentum, posting an impressive 30% year-on-year growth in FY25 over FY24. The Speed T4 in particular has emerged as a major growth driver, having doubled its volume since its October 2024 launch," the company said in an official statement.

"This strong demand is not only fuelling the success of the Speed T4 but also contributing to the overall expansion of the modern classic Triumph 400 series, which has now firmly established itself as the number 2 player in the classic motorcycle segment," it added.
