Olectra informed exchanges that its Whole-Time Director, Reddy Peketi, has resigned from the board.

Olectra Greentech Ltd, a leading player in electric mobility and composite manufacturing, reported a steady performance for the September 2025 quarter (Q2 FY26), supported by strong revenue growth across its e-vehicle and insulator divisions.

The company’s net profit rose 4.2 percent year-on-year to Rs 49.54 crore, compared with Rs 47.56 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations surged 25.4 percent to Rs 656.6 crore from Rs 523.6 crore, according to its exchange filing on Friday.

Olectra’s EBITDA grew 10.4 percent YoY to Rs 89.35 crore, though operating margins softened to 13.6 percent from 15.5 percent last year due to higher input costs and changes in product mix.

Segment-wise, the electric vehicle division contributed the bulk of revenue at Rs 581 crore, compared to Rs 482 crore in Q2 FY25, while the insulator business nearly doubled its revenue to Rs 75.36 crore from Rs 41.20 crore a year ago.

The company said growth was driven by continued demand for its electric buses from state transport undertakings and stronger traction in its composite insulator business.

Olectra informed exchanges that its Whole-Time Director, Reddy Peketi, has resigned from the board. This marks the second senior-level exit in five months, the company’s Chairman, KV Pradeep, had stepped down in June citing personal reasons.

The company did not name immediate successors but said its operations and ongoing projects remain unaffected.
