Bharti Airtel touched an intraday high of Rs 362.95 and an intraday low of Rs 352.40. At 09:28 hrs the share was quoting at Rs 358.90, down Rs 10.70, or 2.90%.

The company's fourth quarter FY11 net profit was at Rs 1,401 crore on consolidated basis as against street expectations of Rs 1,740 crore.

Consolidated net sales for the January-March quarter was at Rs 16,260 crore as against CNBC-TV18 poll of Rs 16,300 crore. Its standalone net profit stood at Rs 1,838 crore in the quarter ended March 2011.

It was trading with volumes of 218,057 shares. In the previous trading session, the share closed down 1.48% or Rs 5.55 at Rs 369.60.
