Harita Seating Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2017, has declared second interim dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017, at the rate of Rs. 3/- per share (30 percent) on 77,69,040 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 2.33 crore.

    Harita Seating Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 03, 2017, inter alia, has declared second interim dividend, for the financial year ending March 31, 2017, at the rate of Rs. 3/- per share (30%) on 77,69,040 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 2.33 Cr.Further, The second interim dividend declared will be paid on or after March 16, 2017 to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on March 11, 2017, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose.The meeting commenced at 10.00 A.M. and concluded at 10.20 A.M.Source : BSE
