Its power projects include Gujarat Alkalies & Chemicals Ltd and Siemens Ltd. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2012, the Company incorporated Wainganga Expressway Pvt. Ltd and Vindhyachal Expressway Pvt. Ltd.its wholly owned subsidiaries.
