Lower Latency - With the upcoming iOS 18 update, Apple promises the best audio latency ever for mobile gaming. This improvement means while playing any game, you will have minimal delay between execution and hearing the resulting sound.

Spatial Audio - The Personalised Spatial Audio feature uses the TrueDepth camera on your ‌iPhone‌ to scan your face and ears and develops a personal profile that customises the audio listening experience just for you. With the iOS 18 update, Apple is expanding Personalised Spatial Audio for gaming. It aims to deliver more immersive sound while gaming.

Voice Quality in Games: The AirPods Pro 2 will see improvements in voice quality with iOS 18 update. For in-game chat and streaming we could see support for 16-bit 48kHz audio in supported games.
