We at Moneycontrol tried accessing the website as well as the Amazon app. In our test, the website was working fine, however, the mobile app returned the “Something went wrong” error. Apart from this, we also noticed that the website is loading a lot slower than it should. We tested this on both out office internet as well as 5G internet connectivity.
Amazon acknowledgement As of now, Amazon has not acknowledged this outage and the status page is also clean with no signs of the service outage as of now.
