The highly anticipated Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) Season 11 is set to kick off on October 18 in Hyderabad, India. This exciting season promises to deliver intense matches, star-studded performances, and unforgettable moments for kabaddi fans worldwide.The opening match will feature a clash between the Telugu Titans and the Bengaluru Bulls, two formidable teams known for their skilled raiders and defenders. Pawan Sehrawat, a star raider for the Telugu Titans, will face off against Pardeep Narwal, a returning player for the Bengaluru Bulls. In the second match, Sunil Kumar, the most expensive Indian defender in PKL history, will take on the attacking prowess of Naveen Kumar from Dabang Delhi K.C.

This season, PKL will adopt a three-city format. After the inaugural matches in Hyderabad, the league will move to Noida for the second leg and then conclude in Pune.

Anupam Goswami, Head of Sports Leagues at Mashal Sports and League Commissioner of the Pro Kabaddi League, expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming season. He stated that the match schedule has been carefully designed to create competitive relevance and engagement for fans.

The PKL Season 11 auction, held earlier this year, set a new league record with eight players being sold for over INR 1 crore. This reflects the growing popularity and value of kabaddi in India.

Mashal Sports and Disney Star have played a significant role in establishing PKL as one of the most successful sports leagues in India. The league has transformed the image of kabaddi and its athletes, both nationally and internationally.
