On March 23, the Mumbai Indians will play the Chennai Super Kings at Chennai's MA Chidambaram Stadium to begin their IPL 2025 season. Having missed out on the playoffs in 2024, the Hardik Pandya-led team will be hoping to start the season on a high note.
The BCCI revealed the schedule for the lucrative league with the first match between the Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers Bengaluru at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on March 22. The tournament consists of 74 matches, with 14 matches played by each side before the playoffs.
The tickets for the Mumbai Indians have been made available in stages. The MI Family Membership plan's Gold, Silver, and Junior members are able to reserve seats for the five-time IPL champions' home games during the first phase.
Additionally, two more ticket sales stages reserved for MI Family Members will open in the following two days; details are available. On March 3, the first round of ticket sales went live, and it will continue until March 4. Phase 2 pre-sales, which is only for MI Blue Members and Book My Show registered users, will commence at 6 PM on March 4 till March 6, 6 PM. On March 6, at 6 PM, the public sale will go live.
