Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw, known for his explosive batting as an opener for the Delhi Capitals, has recently bought a stunning house in Mumbai for Rs 16.5 crore. Prithvi, who just played a brilliant innings against Mumbai Indians, scoring 66 runs off 40 balls, shared the news on social media. Despite his ups and downs in life, his personal milestone of moving into his dream home is a significant one.

Shaw's new abode is in Bandra, Mumbai, on the eighth floor of a high-end building called 81 Aureate. The place is a spacious 4-bedroom house, spread over 2,209 square feet with an additional terrace that's 1,654 square feet big. He bought this luxurious property back in April 2022, shelling out Rs 52.50 lakh just for the stamp duty.

It's been two years since the purchase, and Shaw has finally moved into this beautifully designed home. The cricketer's sea-facing house boasts modern design elements, with features like a terrace pool, large windows from floor to ceiling, and stylish interiors combining wooden and marble floors. The living space is decked out with light-coloured sofas, chic furniture, and various decorative pieces that add character to the home.

This dream house was put together by Thomas Parambil Architects and Veterans Interiors. 81 Aureate, the tower where Shaw's house is located, is no stranger to celebrities. Names like Karan Kundraa and Sonakshi Sinha also call it their home. It's reported that Malaika Arora and Arjun Kapoor once had a place in this very tower but sold it in 2022 for Rs 16 crore. Besides the breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea, the building offers its residents top-notch amenities, including a swimming pool, business lounge, fully equipped gym, banquet hall, and more, making it a coveted address in Mumbai.
