  • Sanyasis, Widows, and Moksha Seekers: The alternate Ekadashi fasting (second day) is recommended for Sanyasis (renunciates), widows, and those seeking Moksha (liberation).
  • Staunch Devotees: Fasting on both days is suggested for dedicated devotees seeking Lord Vishnu's blessings.
