BTS member Jungkook again faced home invasion

Popular Korean boy band BTS member Jungkook has recently faced another home invasion. This marks the third time that his fan tried to enter his house without permission.

On the 19th, the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul revealed that they are conducting an internal investigation into a Japanese woman in her 50s who had been charged with attempted housing intrusion.

The woman is charged with breaking into Jungkook's house and repeatedly pressing the front door lock between 12th and 14th November. She returned to Japan and has not yet been verified. The police intend to investigate the victim in order to verify the incident's specifics.

However, this is not the first time that a fan has tried to enter Junkook’s house. Previously, a Chinese woman in her 30s was suspended from prosecution in September after being arrested in June for repeatedly entering Jungkook's front door password on the day of her military discharge. When a woman in her 40s tried to break into her home in August, she was apprehended as a current offender and turned over to the prosecution.

Following the incidents, Junkook addressed home invasions at the time and said, “I'm watching everything on CCTV at home. I heard the police coming, so I opened the door in the underground parking lot. You're friends with me. It is true that all ARMY (official fan clubs in BTS) are family and friends, but it was a pity.”

The singer added, “I'm so grateful for your support, but what is that? "I'll lock you up when you come home. All the evidence has been secured and records are being made. If you step into my parking lot, you can't go out unless I open it for you. If you want to be taken away (the police station), come."

On the work front, BTS is set to make a full comeback in the first half of next year.
