A collision between a truck and a van in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras has resulted in at least seven fatalities, including three women and a child, with eight others injured. The injured victims have been hospitalised for treatment. The van was travelling from Kumarai village in Hathras to Nagla Imaliya village in Etah. The passengers were on their way to seek treatment for a patient at an Etah hospital. Following the incident, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath expressed his condolences. An investigation into the accident has been launched.
