The past week has been hectic for United States Presidential election candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, who has taken part in 42 campaigns-the highest among all candidates- and is likely to participate in 38 campaigns in the upcoming week.
The 38-year-old, who is also a biotech entrepreneur, revealed that he believed the key to getting good fortune was to work and it was a formula that had worked well for him in his life.
"Here's how you spell luck: W-O-R-K. It's always been a formula that has worked for me in my life and be it in my academic background, be it as a student, be it in my career, as a businessman and now on this journey," Ramaswamy told USA Today.
Despite the rigorous schedule, Ramaswamy felt that the earnest manner in which crowds had attended his campaign rallies gave him confidence.
"I think the part that gives me energy is seeing how earnest so many of these people who have come to our events really are about our country," he said.
Ramaswamy's team, however, felt that the real test would come in less than a month's time when voters began to choose candidates.
"That's what it's gonna take to win. That's what it's gonna take to, to surprise and shock the system," Ramaswamy's senior advisor and communications director Tricia McLaughlin said.
Iowa will be the first state to hear from voters in January with the Republican Party primary scheduled to take on the 15th of the month.
