The new Government and other stake-holders have brought into focus India’s reformative indirect taxes regime of Goods and Services tax (GST).  While the efforts of the Government are to have an early implementation, much work remains to be done before a GST roll-out can be achieved in India.ELP's first edition of 'The GST  Insight, captures the recent dialogues and summarizes the path forwards. The GST Insight will be a monthly round-up of the key developments and analysis on this subject.
