Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra have arrived in Udaipur for their wedding which will take place on September 24. The couple was photographed leaving Delhi this morning, a day after their ardas ceremony took place in the national capital. The Aam Aadmi Party MP and the Bollywood actor took a short Indigo flight to Udaipur and were filmed arriving in the Rajasthan city amid tight security.

The Udaipur airport was decked up to welcome the couple. “Welcome to Udaipur, Parineeti and Raghav,” proclaimed a huge billboard at the airport. Dancers were also stationed to welcome the soon-to-be-newlyweds, along with dhol players. Visuals shared by news agency ANI show a red carpet laid out at the airport to welcome Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra. The facility was also done up with flowers and other décor elements like oversized installations.

Raghav Chadha was photographed dressed in casuals – he wore a dark pullover with jeans and sunglasses for his flight to Udaipur. Parineeti Chopra chose a red jumpsuit which she accessorized with a simple shawl. She was all smiles as she greeted the huge crowd at Udaipur airport.

Their wedding festivities will begin in earnest tomorrow – starting with a welcome lunch for guests. The functions will take place at the five star properties Taj Lake Palace and Leela Palace, according to their leaked wedding invite.

On September 24, the day of the wedding, the baarat is expected to leave Taj Lake Palace at around 2 pm and reach Leela Palace for “A pearl white Indian wedding.” The wording of the invite has given rise to speculation that the bride and groom will wear white outfits on their big day.

Raghav Chadha and Parineeti Chopra, both 34, had gotten engaged in May this year.
