Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant pre-wedding festivities: The international elite guest list

The Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant pre-wedding events will be attended by the who's who of the world, heads of state and heads of big corporates.

While the pre-wedding events of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's upcoming wedding (on July 12), to take place in Jamnagar, Gujarat, from March 1-3, is already making a lot of noise over the Internet, the elite guest-list is leaving netizens quite impressed.

As reported earlier, while the Bollywood royals are all going to make their presence felt, including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, among others, there is also a long list of big-wigs from foreign countries, too. There are heads of state, businesspeople and founder-owners of global apps who have been invited to Jamnagar.

One of the biggest names in the US, the founder of Microsoft (also former CEO) Bill Gates, is slated to be here. Gates shared an old memory on Instagram with the caption, “I am thinking about my dad as I get ready to visit India later this month. We had a great time on this trip in 2008.”

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg (and founder of Facebook) has also been invited to attend the grand wedding celebration.

Businesswoman Ivanka Trump, the former advisor to the former president of the United States Donald Trump, and also his daughter is one of the invitees.

The Prime Minister Of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, is also part of the guest list and is expected to attend the celebrations.

The former Prime Minister of Sweden, Carl Bildt and the former prime minister of Canada Stephen Harper are expected to join the celebrations at the three-day wedding.

His Majesty King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck and Her Majesty Queen Jetsun Pema, HH King and Queen of Bhutan have been invited.

Chairman, president and CEO of Adobe, Shantanu Narayen is another esteemed guest at Mukesh Ambani's son’s pre-wedding ceremonies.

The CEO of The Walt Disney Company, Bob Iger, a part of the guest list is likely to attend the pre-wedding ceremonies. This won’t be his first India trip. He had earlier for a business deal with a film and TV producer.

The BlackRock CEO Larry Fink, Blackstone chairman Stephen Schwarzman, Morgan Stanley CEO Ted Pick, Bank of America chairman Brian Thomas Moynihan, Adnoc CEO Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, EL Rothschild chair Lynn Forester de Rothschild, tech investor Yuri Milner are also a part of the guest list.
