A Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Singapore-based company recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to share how his six-year-old daughter had reviewed her experience of flying on Etihad Airways and termed her feedback as "a bloodbath".
Mark Ross-Smith shared the responses given by his daughter to the survey on Wednesday, some of which included her being unhappy about not getting to travel with her friends on the flight and the kids meal served not being good as there was no chocolate in it.
Etihad sent a survey to my 6-year-old daughter about her recent flight experience in business class.I let my daughter answer the survey without any influence.
It was a bloodbath.
Some of the feedback...
- Flight was bad because her school friends were not on it.
- Kids… pic.twitter.com/ipQZROKar3— Mark (@drdoot) April 10, 2024
The post got a reply from the airline, who called the CEO's daughter "cute" for her review.
She is cute :) Hope we can get a 5-star review next time if we do a roll call: "Calling all school buddies, please report to Etihad's boarding gate for a reunion in the sky and get lots of chocolate!" Please share your booking reference via direct message. *Zoe— Etihad Airways (@etihad) April 11, 2024
