In Bengaluru, where every day seems to bring a new twist to the term 'peak Bengaluru,' a recent incident has taken social media by storm. In an 11-second video shared by a user on X, we witness a peculiar yet quintessentially Bengaluru scene – a man engrossed in his laptop, not in the confines of an office but right in the midst of a movie hall.

The video, captured during an early morning show at Swagath Onyx Theatre, showcases a man working on his laptop as the user shooting the video enters the hall. Shared by X user KP, the clip has become the latest talk of social media. KP's caption read, "Visual of an early morning show in @SwagathOnyx. That's definitely Bengaluru @peakbengaluru.”

One user, evidently unimpressed, questioned the choice of a movie theatre over Bengaluru's abundant parks and gardens for work. In response, KP defended the early morning cinema escapade, hinting at the possibility of urgent work tasks.

“It was a 4am show, could be some quick mail reply or pending small tasks before logging into the office post show. We don't know so, it's okay, I guess,” they wrote.

While some criticized the individual for potentially misusing the work-from-home privilege, others linked the scene to Infosys founder NR Narayana Murthy's 70-hour work week advice. One user wrote, "I hope Mr. Narayana Murthy sees this. He must be highly appreciative about this."

This incident is not an isolated case of Bengaluru's workaholic charm. A few months ago, another video emerged, showing a woman working on her laptop while riding pillion on a bike navigating through the traffic. The text accompanying the clip said, "Tell me you are in Bangalore without telling me you are in Bangalore."
