It is here! Just like they promised, AMD has made the HD 7970 official, which makes it the first ever 28nm-based graphics card in the world. The card, based on the ‘Tahiti’ core will benefit from the all new GCN (Graphics Core Next), which should ideally improve the performance significantly over the previous architecture.
