Apple has unveiled the Apple Watch Series 11, its latest smartwatch that introduces new health-tracking features, longer battery life, and 5G cellular connectivity. The device also comes with a stronger Ion-X glass display and runs watchOS 26, which brings features such as Workout Buddy, new watch faces, and live translation in Messages.

The Apple Watch Series 11 introduces sleep score, a feature that uses heart rate, wrist temperature, respiratory rate, and other tracked metrics to provide users with a clear assessment of their sleep quality. It aligns with guidance from major sleep health bodies and is built on over 5 million nights of study data.

The smartwatch offers up to 24 hours of battery life and supports fast charging, with 15 minutes giving up to eight hours of use. Aluminium models use Ion-X glass with 2x better scratch resistance, while titanium models retain sapphire crystal for enhanced durability.

For connectivity, Apple has added 5G support with a redesigned antenna that improves reception in weak coverage areas. Users can download music, podcasts, and apps faster, while also benefiting from stronger emergency service support without carrying an iPhone.

Workout Buddy, powered by Apple Intelligence, delivers real-time spoken motivation during workouts. The redesigned Workout app also brings easier access to custom workouts, routes, and integrated music or podcast playback. Additional features in watchOS 26 include a refreshed interface with Liquid Glass, wrist flick gesture controls, and the ability to create or access notes directly from the watch.

Apple Watch Series 11 is available in 42mm and 46mm sizes. Case finishes include aluminium in jet black, rose gold, silver, and new space gray, as well as polished titanium in natural, gold, and slate. Apple Watch Hermès continues in titanium with exclusive bands and watch faces.

New band colours such as forest, neon yellow, anchor blue, and purple fog join the lineup. The Nike Sport Band and Sport Loop get updated designs, while Hermès introduces new styles including Faubourg Party knit and Grand H metal link bands.

Apple Watch Series 11 starts at Rs 46,900. Customers in India and more than 50 other countries can pre-order today, with in-store availability beginning September 19. New subscribers will also get three months of Apple Fitness+ and Apple Music with eligible purchases.
