Apple has unveiled the AirPods Pro 3 at its “Awe Dropping” event, refreshing its flagship earbuds with smarter fitness features, improved sound quality, and tighter integration with Apple Intelligence. Building on the success of the AirPods Pro 2, the third-gen model aims to push Apple further ahead in the premium wireless audio space.

Price and availability

The AirPods Pro 3 will be available for pre-order starting today, with in-store availability from September 19. Apple AirPods Pro are priced at Rs 25,999.

The new earbuds offer better active noise cancellation, longer battery life, and personalized spatial audio tuned with Apple Intelligence.

How has the ANC improved?

Apple claims that the active noise cancellation is four times better than the first-gen AirPods Pro and two times better than second-gen AirPods Pro.

More Apple Intelligence in AirPods Pro?

Live translation comes to AirPods Pro, thanks to Apple Intelligence. Using a simple gesture, users can activate Live Translation on the AirPods Pro. Live Translation on AirPods is available in English, French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish, and will be coming to four more languages by the end of the year: Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese (simplified).

How long does the battery last?

Up to 8 hours on a single charge (up from 6 hours on the AirPods Pro 2), and 36 hours with the case.

Are new fitness features coming to AirPods Pro?

Yes, Apple revealed that heart rate sensing will be available on AirPods Pro 3. On the fitness app, users will be able to track 50 different workout types with the AirPods Pro.

Is the case different?

Not really. They still come with Find My with Precision Finding, and improved dust resistance (IP57).

Do AirPods Pro 3 work with non-Apple devices?

Yes, they still connect via Bluetooth, but advanced features like spatial audio and Apple Intelligence tuning are iOS-exclusive.
