Cult.fit acquires RPM Fitness, 3 other equipment brands

This is the second acquisition in the space by Cult.fit after the acquisition of Tread, a Bengaluru-based smart fitness-bike startup last year.

The Hyderabad-based company, which deals in connected fitness equipment like treadmills, indoor bikes and bicycles, said it also plans to foray into e-bicycles segment by Diwali this year.
