After the announcement of January 22 as a holiday, all public issues lined up to open or close that day, or scheduled to be listed on the day or later in the truncated week, have been deferred by a day.
In the mainboard segment, the Nova Agritech IPO, which was earlier scheduled to be open for subscription from January 22 to 24, has been postponed by a day and now the bidding will be open from January 23-25. Accordingly, its listing has been deferred by a day to January 31.

The Rs 640-crore Epack Durable IPO will now close on January 24, instead of the earlier closing date of January 23, while its shares will be listed on January 30, instead of 29th decided earlier.
Healthcare third-party administrator Medi Assist Healthcare Services has rescheduled its listing to January 23. The final issue price for the Rs 1,172-crore has been fixed at Rs 418 per share, while the offer was subscribed 16.25 times during January 15-17.

After the declaration in the notification of the Maharashtra General Administration Department dated January 19 and the RBI press release regarding public holiday on January 22 under Negotiable Instruments Act, 1981, the exchanges will observe a trading holiday on January 22 on all the segments.
SME Segment
In the small and medium enterprise (SME) segment, the Brisk Technovision IPO will now open on January 23 and close on January 25, against the earlier schedule of January 22-24, 2024. Hence, the listing date has been rescheduled to January 31, instead of January 30.
The Qualitek Labs IPO was scheduled to close on January 22 but now its closing is postponed by a day, while Euphoria Infotech India, Konstelec Engineers, and Addictive Learning Technology public issues will close on January 24 and, accordingly, their listing will now be on January 30, instead of 29th.
The participants in Maxposure IPO, which was subscribed 904.86 times during January 15-17, can trade in its equity shares with effect from January 23, instead of earlier listing schedule of January 22.

Qualitek Labs that provides testing, inspection, homologation, certification, and consulting services, was supposed to debut on the BSE SME on January 25, but as the IPO closing date extended to January 23, its listing date is rescheduled to January 29 now.
