A video of Hilton Hotel surfaced, showing the damage that was done after protesters set it on fire in Nepal. The video showed smoke rising from the completely charred building after the protests in the neighbouring country turned violent.

A video had surfaced on Tuesday, showing how the Finance Minister of Nepal was chased on the streets and how he was kicked by the mob. After the protests turned violent on Monday and Tuesday, Nepal's Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and the majority of his cabinet resigned from their respective positions.

Meanwhile, amid the growing tensions in Nepal, airlines in India have announced flight suspensions to Kathmandu.

Air India confirmed that services on the Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi route, including flights AI2231/2232, AI2219/2220, AI217/218 and AI211/212, were cancelled.

“In view of the current situation prevailing in Kathmandu, flights have been cancelled today. We are closely monitoring the developments and will share further updates,” the airline said.

IndiGo also issued a travel advisory, announcing that all operations to and from Kathmandu were suspended.

Additionally, an advisory also came from the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) for Indian citizens stuck in Nepal.

MEA said Indian nationals should defer travel to Nepal until the situation stabilises. Those already in Nepal have been urged to remain indoors, avoid venturing out on the streets, and follow safety guidelines issued by local authorities and the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu.

Meanwhile, a video of an Indian woman stuck in Nepal surfaced. In the video, she said that she has barely managed to save her life and urged the Indian Embassy to help her.

"I had come here to host a volleyball league, and currently, the hotel where I was staying has been burned down. All my luggage, all my belongings, were in my room, and the entire hotel was set on fire. I was in the spa, and people were running behind me with very large sticks, and I barely managed to save my life," the woman, Upasana Gill, said in the video.
