As the festive season bids adieu, it’s time to pause, relax, and hit the reset button on our health. Indulging in delicious festive feasts is a delightful tradition, but it can leave us feeling sluggish and bloated. Fret not! We've curated a list of refreshing detox drinks to help you cleanse your system and kick-start a healthier routine.

1. Lemon Ginger Zinger

Ingredients: Lemon, 1 (juiced) / Ginger, 1-inch piece (grated) / Honey, 1 tablespoon /  Warm water, 2 cups

Mix these ingredients in warm water and sip your way to a revitalised gut. This zesty concoction is a powerhouse of antioxidants. Lemon aids digestion, ginger reduces inflammation, and honey adds a touch of sweetness.

2. Cucumber Mint Cooler

Ingredients: Cucumber, 1 (sliced) /  Fresh mint leaves, handful / Lime, 1 (sliced) / Cold water, 2 cups

Combine these ingredients in cold water for a refreshing detox cooler. This drink hydrates and detoxifies simultaneously. Cucumbers flush out toxins, mint soothes the digestive tract, and lime adds a citrusy zing.

3. Green Tea Detox Elixir 

Ingredients: Green tea, 1 bag /  Chia seeds, 1 teaspoon  /  Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon /  Honey, 1 teaspoon / Hot water, 1 cup

7. Minty Aloe Vera Refresher

Ingredients: Aloe vera gel, 2 tablespoons /  Handful of fresh mint leaves /  Cucumber, 1 (sliced) / Lemon juice, 1 tablespoon /  Cold water, 2 cups
