Oberoi Realty Q2 PAT seen up 16.6% YoY to Rs. 97.9 cr: Edelweiss

Edelweiss has come out with its second quarter (July-September) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Oberoi Realty to report net profit at Rs. 97.9 crore up 16.6% year-on-year (up 7.4% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Sales are expected to increase by 13.8 percent Y-o-Y (up 10 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 286.8 crore, according to Edelweiss.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 18.5 percent Y-o-Y (up 10 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 149.1 crore.
