Credit Suisse has initiated coverage on Crompton Greaves with outperform rating as it expects 23 percent earnings CAGR over FY17-19.
While valuing the stock at 32x December 2018 earnings, the brokerage house expects gradual EBITDA margin expansion over next 2-3 years.
It expects company's higher focus on product range expansion, distribution and cost reduction. Transition to an FMCG-like distribution will further help the company's growth, Credit Suisse feels.
At 13:10 hours IST, the stock was quoting at Rs 65.20, up Rs 0.80, or 1.24 percent on the BSE.
