Buy MMTC, LIC Housing Finance, Bajaj Electricals: Ashwani Gujral

Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com told CNBC-TV18, "As far as individual stocks are concerned today again it is bit of a PSU type day. MMTC is a buy with a stop of Rs 72, target of Rs 84. LIC Housing Finance is a buy with a stop of Rs 568, target of Rs 590. Bajaj Electricals is a buy with a stop of Rs 485, target of Rs 510."

He further added, "Midcap real estate is not a new rally, it is being continuing for a while although this is not an outperformer. Possibly we could see Rs 345-350 but the way midcap real estate is moving I think they are starting out on a fresh bull market and over a period of time you could see Rs 400-410 on Prestige Estates Projects."

"Godrej Properties, Sobha Developers basically in the first phase everything goes up, so all the Bangalore based real estate stocks, even DLF has gone from Rs 100 to Rs 250."
