KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty purchase Rs 20 cr-Pali Hill apartment

KL Rahul and his wife Athiya Shetty purchased a Rs 20 crore-apartment in Pali Hill

Indian cricketer KL Rahul and his wife, actress Athiya Shetty, have purchased a 3,350 sq ft property in Mumbai's upscale Pali Hill neighbourhood, part of the Bandra (West) suburb. According to documents accessed by IndexTap.com, the couple paid Rs 20 crore for the property.

The property is part of the Sandhu Palace development, constructed by Sandhu Builders, a local developer. The documents showed that Rahul and Shetty paid Rs 1.20 crore in stamp duty for the purchase. The purchase was registered on July 15.

Pali Hill is home to some of the most recognisable names in the Hindi film industry, as well as business. Last month, actor Aamir Khan purchased another apartment in the neighbourhood for Rs 9.75 crore, with Khan already owning several properties in the area.
