Aamir Khan acquires property in Mumbai's Pali Hill for Rs 9 crore

Aamir Khan already owns several properties in Bella Vista Apartments as well as Marina Apartments in Pali Hills

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has acquired an apartment in Mumbai for Rs 9.75 crore, according to property registration documents accessed and analyzed by SquareYards.

The property is located in Bella Vista Apartments, an upscale residential building situated in Pali Hill area.

The ready-to-move-in apartment sprawls 1,027 square feet and the transfer deed was signed on June 25. Khan paid a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000, the document shows.

No response was received from Aamir Khan and his team regarding the queries sent to them.

Aamir Khan already owns several properties in Bella Vista Apartments as well as Marina Apartments in Pali Hills. This recent purchase adds to his real estate holdings in the area. Both Bella Vista and Marina Apartments are slated for redevelopment, SquareYards said.

Khan owns 9 of the 24 apartments in the two buildings called Bella Vista and Marina Apartments at Pali Hill, Moneycontrol reported.

Last year in December, Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) announced a redevelopment project in Mumbai's Pali Hill area of Bandra. The building also houses Bollywood actor Aamir Khan among other home owners. According to the company, the project will have a sale construction potential of 50,000 sqft and is expected to have a topline revenue of Rs 500 crore.
