Emaar India, the domestic arm of the Dubai-based Emaar Group, has launched ‘Urban Ascent,’ a luxury residential project in Gurugram, at an estimated investment of Rs 1,600 crore.
Located in sector 112 on the Dwarka Expressway which connects Delhi and Gurugram, the project spans 9.2 acres, or 1,40,606 square metres, and will offer 3 and 4 BHK residences.
The company said that the tentative topline of the project is estimated to be around Rs 3,400 crore. The price of the apartments will range between Rs 3.52-5.47 crore, and the project should be fully completed in six years.
The company added that the construction will be IGBC Gold pre-certified and have sustainable features like rainwater harvesting, water-efficient plumbing, waste water recycling and reuse, environment friendly waste management, solar powered common areas, and provisions for EV charging.
“Our first project of 2025, Urban Ascent, is more than just a residential project — it’s a lifestyle crafted for those who seek comfort, convenience, and a connection to nature. We are dedicated to building communities that embody a sense of belonging,” said Kalyan Chakrabarti, CEO, Emaar India.
The flats will be allotted on a first come, first served basis.
