Real estate developer Brigade Enterprises has signed a long-term lease for a seven-acre site on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) in Chennai to develop a mixed-use project. The development will feature a Grade A office space of over 1 million square feet and a 5 Star Deluxe Hotel with about 225 keys.
The project is designed to meet the growing demand for premium commercial infrastructure and hospitality in Chennai’s IT and innovation hub. It will integrate world-class office spaces with luxury hospitality facilities and is planned as a destination development, the company said in a release.
Pradyumna Krishna Kumar, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises, said, “Chennai continues to be a key component of our growth strategy, and this long-term lease underscores our commitment to strengthen our presence in the city’s most promising corridors.”
The company said the development will maximise site efficiency to create a vibrant destination that supports business productivity and hospitality excellence. Located close to major IT parks, research institutions, and transit infrastructure, Brigade expects the project to become a flagship address for global enterprises and travellers.
