Vardhman Textiles Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled for Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The announcement was made on July 16, 2025, and filed with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE).
The meeting is being held in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The decision taken at the board meeting will be communicated to the exchanges subsequently.
