Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited announced that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited has reaffirmed the existing credit rating at ‘ACUITE BBB/Stable/ACUITE A3+'. The company had filed an appeal against the credit rating assigned/ upgraded by Acuité Ratings & Research Limited but has decided not to accept the reaffirmed rating, according to an exchange filing on August 19, 2025.
The announcement was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation of the company's disclosure dated July 31, 2025.
The company has requested that the exchange take note of the same on records.
The stock of Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited last traded at ₹460.50 on the National Stock Exchange.

The company has decided not to accept the reaffirmed rating.
