    Shares of NMDC Ltd rose over 3% on November 5 as the PSU firm said its board will consider a proposal for issue of bonus shares on November 11.

    At 2:55 pm on November 5, NMDC Ltd's shares were trading 3.3% higher at Rs 233.9 apiece.

    The company will also announce its September quarter results on November 11.

    "Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 11th November 2024 inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter ended 30th September 2024 and a proposal for issue of Bonus Shares to the shareholders of the company, subject to requisite approvals," said NMDC in a stock exchange filing.
