Max Financial Services Ltd has appointed Siddhi Suneja as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective October 1, 2025. The decision was approved by the board at its meeting held on September 30, 2025, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Suneja will also serve as the Nodal Officer for verification of claims and coordination with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority. In addition, she has been designated as one of the company’s Key Managerial Personnel.
According to the company’s filing, Suneja has been associated with Axis Max Life Insurance Ltd since 2017, where she played a key role in governance functions, capital raising transactions — including the Axis infusion and debt raises in 2021 and 2025 — and supported board-level structural changes and leadership transitions. She also contributed to the incorporation of Max Life Pension Fund Management Ltd.
Suneja is a Commerce and Law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Shares of Max Financial Services were trading at Rs 1,579.30 on Tuesday, up 1.25 percent. The stock touched a day’s high of Rs 1,588.20 and a low of Rs 1,557.00 during the session. Over the past year, it has gained 32.59 percent, moving between Rs 950.00 and Rs 1,674.80. The company’s shares currently trade at a price-to-earnings multiple of 201.59.
