Infobeans Technologies announced a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, during its 15th Annual General Meeting held on August 4, 2025. The meeting, conducted via video conferencing, saw members adopt the audited financial statements for FY25.
The AGM was chaired by Mr. Avinash Sethi, Director & CFO, with Ms. Opal Perry and Mr. Sumer Bahadur Singh, Non-Executive Independent Directors, also in attendance. Ms. Surbhi Jain, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, ensured adherence to meeting protocols.
In addition to the dividend declaration, the members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Mitesh Bohra as a Director. M/s M Maheshwari & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term starting from FY26.
