    Godrej Industries Limited has announced the approval of the Key Information Document (KID) for the issuance of Rated Listed Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) via private placement.     The company communicated this decision to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 16, 2025.
