Sun Life Excel India Fund, which is managed by SLGI Asset Management Inc, has bought 0.9 percent equity stake in All Time Plastics via open market transactions on August 14.
As per the bulk deals data available on the exchanges, Sun Life Excel India Fund has acquired 5.92 lakh shares in the company at Rs 302.9 per share. However, ICICI Bank sold 3.55 lakh shares (equivalent to 0.54 percent stake) at Rs 293.97 per share.
All Time Plastics manufactures consumerware products for IKEA, Tesco, Michaels, and Asda Stores, and also sells such products under its own brand.
The stock advanced 3.02 percent to Rs 283.30 in its debut session.
Authum Investment & Infrastructure was also in focus on Thursday, falling 3.01 percent to Rs 2,897.7, may be after promoter Mentor Capital offloaded 46.61 lakh shares (equivalent to 2.74 percent stake) at Rs 2,500.58 per share. As of June 2025, promoters held 74.95 percent stake in the company including Mentor Capital's 9.65 percent stake.
Fidelity Securities Fund, through Fidelity Blue Chip Growth Fund, was the buyer for some shares sold by promoter, acquiring 27.4 lakh shares (1.61 percent stake) at Rs 2,500 per share.
Allanzers Fin Net bought 19.75 lakh units in TVS Infrastructure Trust at Rs 101.26 per unit, from Larsen & Toubro. TVS Infrastructure Trust finished today's session at Rs 101.26, down 1.45 percent.
